We are confident that you will find our service is only convenient and useful, but also great to brighten someone’s day! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your “Little Something”, LittleSomething.com will assist you in replacing your order. LittleSomething.com only refunds for unopened, damaged or stale products, and only within 30 days of purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any other reason, we will resend a “Little Something” of your choice (with the same gift note) at no charge, or offer you a full refund. Please contact us or call 1-866-878-7678 within 30 days of purchase. Order Acceptance. All orders placed are accepted on the basis of prices and terms prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. LittleSomething.com (Seller) accepts Buyer's order on the condition that Buyer assents to the Terms and Conditions as set forth below and waives any differing terms. If not in writing, such assent and waiver shall be evidenced either by the failure of the Buyer to object in writing within 10 days from the date of first receiving a copy of these Terms. Terms & Prices. All prices are NET, F.O.B. Seller's warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice; prices in effect at time of delivery will apply. Payment. We accept credit card (VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover). Seller retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received. Freight & Shipping Policy. All shipments are F.O.B. Altoona, Pennsylvania. Unless otherwise requested, shipments are delivered via U.S. Postal Service or UPS Mail Innovations. Basic shipping options are free in the United States. Because of the purpose of “Little Somethings”, each “Little Something” will typically arrive in its own package. Please wait 5 business days for all parcels to arrive before contacting us. Out of Stock. LittleSomething.com endeavors to not offer “Little Something” items on the website if they are out of stock. However, if a “Little Something” item is temporarily out of stock, it will not delay delivery for any other “Little Somethings” in that order which are in stock, unless requested. The Buyer has an option of a complete refund for any orders placed which are out of stock. Shortage/Damaged Goods. For damages or shortages occurring during shipping, Buyer shall make claim against the carrier. Such claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten (10) days of invoice date. Seller must receive all claims for shortages or damages within 72 hours upon receipt of shipment. Return Goods. No return merchandise will be accepted without valid cause and only with our authorization number. All returns must be freight prepaid, must be accompanied by the original packing slip and or proof of purchase, and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt. A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply. Limitation of Liability. Seller's responsibility is limited only to the price paid for the product. Seller will not be responsible for the content of the gift note included with the “Little Something”. If a packing error occurs and a gift note is sent in the wrong package, the Seller’s liability is still limited only to the price paid for the product. Jurisdiction. The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania apply to this agreement between Seller and Buyer. LittleSomething.com is not responsible for any typographic or photographic error on our website. |
